1. Application range
Electronic Strand Wire Tensile Relaxation Testing Machine (testing machine for short below) is special for tensile property test and tensile stress relaxation test for strand wire or pre-stress steel material. It is used for determining the tensile property parameters, such as tensile strength, stipulated non-proportional elongation intensity, max. force, total elongation, and so on; stress relaxation property parameters, such as stress relaxation speed ratio, relaxation stress, relaxation ratio, and so on. The machine is with high generality, dual-use machine. It can also be made into a special stress relaxation testing machine according to customer's request.
2. Structure and characteristics
The testing machine is composed by main frame, measuring control system, computer system, function accessories, and so on.
2.1 Main frame
2.1.1 The main frame adopts the horizontal structure. The left and right clamping plate and the four columns are connected to be a force framework. There are motor, reduction box and screw on the left of the frame. There is a wedge grip on one end of the screw, and the other end is connected to the load sensor.
2.1.2 It adopts the AC variable frequency DC servo motor and driver. The speed and frequency response is quick, speed regulation range is wide.
2.1.3 It adopts the overtone reduction box for decelerating. It can realize the seamless transmission by T type screw. It makes the transmission stable, response speed quick. The force and deformation control is without fluctuation.
2.1.4 There is no oil leakage and low noise (about 65db (A)) from the traditional hydraulic transmission by adopting mechanical transmission.
2. 2 Measuring control system
2.2.1 The resolution ratios of force and deformation measurement are high (24 bit), and stepless, constant resolution ratio, user can set himself according to the test requirement.
2.2.2 The access frequency band width of sensor is 4.5Hz, the measured test data and curve are true.
2.2.3 The load sensor is with high precision, and good stability in long time.
2.2.4 The open data connecting interface can realize the closed loop of load, deformation, displacement, speed, and so on. It controls the constant load, constant deformation, constant displacement, even stress speed ratio, even stress speed ratio, constant speed in multiple step way. And realize the non-impact transform between the after three in the test.
2.2.5 It has the function of automatic zero set and automatic calibrating.
2.2.6 It has the protective function of over-load, over-stroke, over-pressure, over-flow, over-heat, and so on.

2.3. Computer system
2.3.1 The computer system can communicate with the measuring control system by the serial port. All the operations after controlled by the computer, operated by the virtual keyboard on the WINDOWS interface.
2.3.2 It can real-time acquire the test data, make the curve, zoom in and out the curve partly, and print.
2.3.3 The test result can be store and read at will. The same group test curve can be overlaid and contrasted, and then analysis to the curve.
2.4. Function accessories
2.4.1 The special stress relaxation testing machine is only equipped with cone self-lock type cylinder grip and grip install and uninstall device.
2.4.2 The displacement sensor is with high measuring precision, good stability, it can be used for tensile and stress relaxation test.
