1. Usage

4. Operating system

Also the test request of material, such as cement, concrete, etc, especially for the test place of long time continue operating.
5. Security device

6. Strucure
This machine consists of two parts, mainframe and control cabinet.
6.1 Mainframe is composed by upper beam, lower beam (base), oil cylinder, piston, upper and lower plates and four upright posts. The upper beam is fixed with a upper bearing plate. Upper and lower plates are rubbed down after being heating processed. There fixed a position line on surface of the lower bearing plate for placing the center of the sample. The lower plate is on the piston with a dustproof cover between them. Oil cylinder and piston, which are fixed at the center of the lower beam are the main parts of the machine. Both are grinded to a certain fit clearance.
6.2 control cabinet, oil pump, high precision electro-hydraulic digital servo valve, oil source, filling and return valve.
Fix the oil pump on the bottom-left of the control cabinet after connected to the electric motor. The oil source is placed on the bottom-right of the control cabinet. The connecting plate is set on the oil box for the digital servo valve. Filling and return valve is fixed in the middle of the top-left of the control cabinet. Test controller is on the top-left of the cabinet. Screen and keyboard are on the top-right, and computer is on the bottom-right. When loading, the high pressure oil enters into the filling valve and digital servo valve or operating button control digital servo valve. It unloads when the oil back to the box.
6.3 test force control system
