Application
CX-TZYJ Concrete Block Curing and Compression Testing Machine with Smark Robot Arm System is a new intelligent curing and compressive strength testing device that integrates intelligent maintenance, intelligent detection, and online supervision. It is widely used in national key project laboratories, large and medium-sized third-party testing companies, scientific research institutions in universities, laboratories of industry quality supervision departments, and other institutions, departments, and enterprises.
Test efficiency
Three electro-hydraulic servo compression testing machines, under a loading rate of 0.5MPa/s, have a compressive strength test efficiency (including measurement and scanning) of ≥40 groups/hour for C30 standard specimens (150×150×150mm).
Scan recognition unit
By scanning, specimen information can be obtained, and the curing system communicates with the intelligent concrete compression testing system. The entire process is completed with one scan, without fear of damage or loss of specimen labels.
Feed and discharge conveying unit
* The specially designed and manufactured conveyor belt enables precise positioning of the specimen.
* The servo motor drives the chain transmission, which has accurate transmission, no sliding during operation, constant transmission ratio, and can achieve high-precision positioning at any position.

Curing management system
- Can query and export specific information of test specimen (including specific location of test blocks, in and out room status and time, test block group number, test block age, strength grade, test block specifications, forming date, etc.).
- It can collect and record various parameters of indoor temperature and humidity in real-time 24 hours online, and display, record, store, and export monitoring information in real time.
- Automatically record the start time and curing duration of the specimen storage.
- The software interface can display whether there are specimens on the shelf. By searching for backend data, free storage spaces can be found and assigned to new specimens.

Central control system
- Automated detection of environmental temperature and humidity, and real-time control to make the curing process more scientific and standardized.
