HC-1S Mortar Air Content Meter
Structure
- Measuring bowl: made of special lightweight aluminum alloy, with precision machining of the inner wall, lightweight and corrosion-resistant, with a volume of 1000ml
- Accessories: scraping ruler, tamping rod, aurilave (water injector), measuring cylinder, U-tube
This instrument complies with JGJ/T70-2009 (Standard Test Methods for Basic Properties of Building Mortar) and JISA1228 specifications. It is used to measure the air content in mortar. The measurement principle is based on the gas state equation. When the opening and closing pressure balance between the gas chamber maintaining a certain pressure and the container filled with the test material reaches equilibrium, the amount of pressure reduction in the gas chamber is the percentage of air in the mortar, and the air content in the test material is displayed on the pressure gauge.
Characteristics: Quick testing does not require drawing curves, directly reading the gas content measurement value. The built-in hand pump is lightweight, easy to carry, durable, and compact in structure, suitable for high-frequency use on construction sites.
