WDW-100E Computerized Electronic Tensile Testing Machine
 
Appearance
The main structure of the testing machine is double lead screw portal structure and double test space, in which the upper space is tensile space and the lower space is compression space. When the test force is calibrated, the standard dynamometer shall be placed on the workbench. The right side of the host is the computer control display part. The whole machine has generous structure and convenient operation.

Summary
The testing machine adopts the integrated structure of AC servo motor and speed regulation system to drive the pulley deceleration system, which drives the precision ball screw pair for loading after deceleration. The electrical part consists of load measurement system and displacement measurement system. All control parameters and measurement results can be displayed in real time, and have overload protection and other functions.
 
Structure
The machine is composed of load frame, computer control system and accessories.
a. Load frameThe load frame adopts double arm structure and double test space. The motor and reducer are located at the lower part of the main engine and can complete tensile and compression tests. The upper space is tensile space and the lower space is compression space. The motor drives the precision lead screw pair to rotate through the belt pulley deceleration system, so as to drive the middle beam to move up and down to load the sample. The test speed can be controlled by the motor speed regulation system installed under the load frame.
b.Electrical partThe electrical part is composed of speed regulation system and display measurement system. The machine adopts AC servo motor and speed regulation system to control the forward and reverse rotation of AC motor and speed accuracy through the speed regulation system. The load measurement system consists of a high-precision load sensor, measurement amplifier, A / D converter, regulated power supply, etc. The displacement measurement system consists of photoelectric encoder, pulse width shaping circuit, frequency doubling circuit and counting circuit. All control parameters and measurement results can be displayed on the screen in real time.
