Usage
This product is developed and manufactured with ZL 2016 2 0017574.4, ZL 2017 2 1257894.8, ZL 2017 2 1259588.8 patent technology, mainly used for tensile, compression, bending, shearing, peeling, tearing and other mechanical property tests of metallic and non-metallic materials.
Characteristics
- It adopts six column frame and I-shaped structure to ensure its super stability and rigidity.
- With a large opening jaw seat, the sample can be pushed and clamped horizontally, which makes the operation easy and convenient, effectively reduces the labor intensity of the tester and improves the test efficiency
- With the built-in structure design, the jaw and jaw clamp are not exposed to the outside of the jaw seat during the test run, so that the stress in the jaw of the testing machine is relatively balanced, effectively avoiding the test machine's strain on the test machine's jaw, jaw and jaw seat during the long-term operation, so as to solve the problem of the opposite side and deformation of the jaw seat of the testing machine.

- It adopts the design of computer controlled electro-hydraulic servo loading and the separation of load unit and control cabinet, which has the characteristics of convenient operation, stable and reliable operation, high test accuracy and stable loading.
- The load, displacement and deformation three closed-loop control technology is adopted, and the smooth switch among the three control modes can be realized, and the automatic data acquisition and processing can be realized.
- It adopts high-precision digital servo valve to control the loading, and the digital servo valve adjusts the loading rate in real time through calculation according to the data feed back by the sensor.
- By using Windows system control software, many technical parameters such as elastic modulus E, upper yield strength ReH, lower yield strength ReL, specified non proportional extension strength Rm, specified total extension strength Rt, maximum total extension Agt and yield point elongation can be obtained automatically.
- The test data and the curve can be displayed on the screen synchronously. The curve can be locally enlarged and compared with multi curve superposition. It has the functions of disk storage of test results, printing test results and test curves, report processing of batch test results, database management, etc., and has network interface. It has the functions of LAN networking and remote database seamless connection.
- It adopts touch screen and keyboard dual control mode to meet the preferences of different technicians and make the operation more convenient.
- The main components are imported parts, such as imported Siemens motor and imported radial piston oil pump, which make the loading accuracy of the testing machine higher, noise lower, durability better, and enhance the stability of the machine.
- The networked measurement and control system has the functions of gain adjustment, zero point fullness, etc. to ensure the smooth operation and accurate measurement of the machine.
