LXBP-5 Eight Wheel Pavement Evenness Meter is developed basing on remaining the advantages of LXBP-2 with the feedback from most customers according to "JTJ J059-95 Highway Roadbed Pavement on Site Test Regulation". On electronic technique, it adopts the most advanced foreign micro-computer processing and large scale integrated circuit technology, which improves the integration level, and increase the memory (512K), can do the continuous test of 919km and record all the data. It reduces the unnecessary connector and improves the reliability. It automatically calculates the distance, makes the record of every 1000 points, and calculates the result and displays it. Sampling interval 0.05m or 0.1m is optional (usually 0.1m). It installed the clock inside, can display and record automatically. It adopts LCD for the screen. And it adopts the 6V 7.2Ah colloid maintenance free batteries for replacing of the rational storage battery. On mechanical, it reduces the weight on the premise of ensuring the measuring precision, accuracy and frame rigidity to make it easy for transportation, installation. LXBP-5 is the most advanced road flatness measuring device, with the advantages of continuous measuring, automatic calculation, display and print the standard deviation. It can be provided the portable micro-meter and real-time monitoring software for doing the real-time data processing.
Two. Structure and principle
LXBP-5 is composed by mechanic and electronic parts. The electronic part is composed by displacement and distance transducer, and digital indicator. The digital indicator is connected to the displacement transducer (on the frame) and distance transducer (on the detecting wheel) by two electric cables.
