101-3A Electrothermal Blowing Drying Laboratory Oven
One. Usage
The highest working temperature 101A type Electrothermal Blowing Drying Oven is 300ºC. It is applicable for drying, drier thermo-treatment or other thermo-treatments, also a lab service instrument.
The oven working temperature can be raised up 30ºC from the room temperature till its highest temperature. You can adjust any temperature degree within this range and control your needed constant ºC by the automatic control system.
It makes the convection by the proportion of warm and cold air to make the temperature in the working room even for 202 type. 101 type is fixed with a electrical circulation motor. It can mechanically contra flow the hot air in the working room to make the temperature even.
The oven is precise in structure, sharp, precise in warmth control, easy for operation, and being adopted by mining and factory, college and university.
101A type air circulation oven is modified by 101 type. It adopts the latest digital indicator for measuring the temperature. It is with the sensitive, exact, clear and intuitionist temperature control. The structure, performance and specification of 101A type are all the same with 101 type, except measuring temperature and temperature control.

Two. Stucture

It is made of thin steel plates, between the working room and the outer shell, use glass fiber as insulting layer material, and the door has a glass for looking into the working room.
To open the oven top exhaust valve, it can make the working room have cool-thermal temperature convection, and to control temperature uses thermal expansion mode controller or digital display meter by automatic constant warmth adjustment. All appliance steering equipments are installed in the oven's side controlled layer. The controlled layer has side door, which can be discharged off for check or repair of lines.
The oven is installed under the box body, consisting of 2 sets, i.e. Thermo-adders A and B, with an indicator to indicate the thermo-addition. The indicator is shining, which shows the oven is working, and if it is dark, it means the thermal addition is ended.
